1. About Infiniti Laser
Infiniti Laser creates laser-cut, engraved and personalised products based in Somerset West, Western Cape, South Africa.

2. Products
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because many of our products are handmade, laser-cut or engraved, slight variations may occur between the product shown and the item received.
Materials such as MDF and wood-based products may naturally vary slightly in colour, texture and appearance. Laser cutting and engraving can also produce minor variations in colour and finish.
These characteristics are not necessarily considered defects.
3. Personalised & Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, wording, dates, spelling, quantities, dimensions and other information supplied for personalised products are correct.
Where a design or proof is provided for approval, production will normally begin only after approval has been received.
Once a personalised or custom product has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Custom orders may require a deposit or full payment before production begins. Any applicable payment requirements will be communicated as part of the quotation or order process.
Custom-made and personalised products generally cannot be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind, subject always to any rights the customer has under applicable South African law.
4. Customer-Supplied Designs & Images
Where you provide a logo, photograph, artwork, wording or other material for engraving, cutting or reproduction, you confirm that you have the necessary permission or rights to use that material.
Infiniti Laser may decline to reproduce material that we reasonably believe infringes another person’s rights or is otherwise inappropriate or unlawful.
The quality of the finished engraving or reproduction may depend on the quality and resolution of the artwork supplied.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
Infiniti Laser is currently not VAT registered, and therefore VAT is not separately charged on our prices.
Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to an online order is the price displayed when the order is placed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Custom work may be individually quoted. An email with a request for payment will be sent to the customer.
An order is only considered confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.
6. Production Times
Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, level of personalisation and our current workload.
Any completion date or lead time communicated to you is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If your order is required for a particular event or date, please provide that information when placing your order or submitting your enquiry. We will advise whether the requested timeframe is reasonably achievable.
7. Delivery & Collection
We deliver only within South Africa using available collection and delivery courier services.
Shipping costs are calculated or communicated during checkout or when a custom order is quoted.
Local collection may be available by arrangement in the Somerset West / Helderberg area, saving you on courier charges.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. Infiniti Laser cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Delivery times provided by third-party courier or collection services are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. We therefore can not guarantee a specific delivery date. Place you order well in advance should you require delivery by a specific date.
8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly at info@infinitilaser.co.za and provide:
- Your order number;
- A description of the problem; and
- Clear photographs showing the product and, where relevant, its packaging.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns, exchanges and cancellations are handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
Standard, non-personalised products may qualify for return or exchange depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Personalised, engraved, made-to-order and custom products may not qualify for a change-of-mind return where they have been made specifically to the customer’s requirements, subject to applicable law.
This does not remove any rights you may have where goods are defective, unsafe or do not conform to the agreed order.
Please contact us before returning any product so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.
10. Product Availability
Products and materials are subject to availability.
If we are unable to fulfil an order after it has been placed, we will contact you to discuss an alternative, revised timeframe or refund where appropriate.
11. Website Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that information, pricing and product details on the Infiniti Laser website are accurate.
However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors and will contact affected customers where an error materially affects an order.
12. Privacy
Personal information submitted through our website is used to process orders, respond to enquiries and provide our services.
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data-protection requirements.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Infiniti Laser name, logo, website content, photographs, product imagery and original designs displayed on this website remain the property of Infiniti Laser or their respective rights holders.
They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Customer-supplied logos, artwork and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
To the extent permitted by law, Infiniti Laser will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, website or legal requirements.
The version published on this website at the time of an order will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
